a. Completion of the online pre-clinical instruction & theory training course of 16 hours in duration prior to attending the clinical portion of the program. Successful completion of the training program will be based on hours completed

b. Completed a minimum of 2 hours didactics and observation

c. Completed hands on experience of at least 4 Neuromodulator
